The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the main station.

Unfortunately, the room felt too cramped for comfort, making it difficult to move around. I had high hopes for a good night’s sleep, but the bed was quite uncomfortable, and I could barely find space for my luggage. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed, as they struggled to manage the checkout rush, leading to a lengthy wait for the elevator that marred my departure experience.

Delicious breakfast, convenient location, with a fantastic variety of food options including both continental and Japanese dishes, and just a short walk to the nearby train and metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

I had an awesome stay in the Queen Room for Single Use! The bed was super comfy, and the amenities like the massage chair were a nice touch. The shower was great with strong pressure, but the room felt a bit cramped for all my luggage. Also, the pillows were a bit on the hard side, but I still managed to sleep well. The location was spot on, so convenient for getting around!

perfect strolls to parks and great eateries nearby

the views from my room were spectacular, and being just a short walk from the Shin Osaka train station made it super easy to explore landmarks and parks like Osaka Castle and Dotonbori, truly enhancing my weekend adventure.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The hotel is super close to the Shin-Osaka Station, made it so easy to hop on a bullet train without the hassle of waking up too early. They even had this nice little touch of a complimentary snack when I checked in, which just felt generous after a long trip.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess for the convenience, it was still okay.
